Training and support of our team is vital in expanding their knowledge they need to have in order to carry out their roles . 

In order to complete their induction at Tavy Care Services requires all staff have to complete formal training in :

Adult Safeguarding

Mental Capacity

Infection prevention and control

First aid skills

Medication administration

Dementia care 

Moving and handling 

Equality and diversity

In addition to this many of our team have undertaken subject specific courses in end of life care , diabetes and mental health conditions to name a few . 

Our team are supported and encouraged to undertake nationally recognised qualifications in Adult Health and Social Care  up to a level 5 diploma.

We feel it's important to be open , transparent and personal in the service we provide. Allowing a stranger into your home to care for yourself or a loved one is a big step not to be taken lightly. Here, you can find profiles of all our staff and a little about them and their background. All of our staff are fully DBS (formerly criminal records) checked prior to commencing work with Tavy Care Services.
